How do I startup PinkNotes automatically when logging into macOS (or OS X)?

  1. If you have not already done so, add the PinkNotes icon to the Dock.
  2. Click the right-mouse button (or Ctrl + mouse click) the PinkNotes icon in the Dock.
  3. Move your mouse over "Options", then select "Open at login".

If you ever need to disable the auto startup, just right-click on the PinkNotes icon in the Dock. Select Options, then click on "Open at login" to remove the check-mark next to it.

How do I fix the current message that is coming up when I try to open PinkNotes on Mac...“PinkNotes” can’t be opened because it is from an unidentified developer.

On your Mac go into Launchpad, System Preferences, then Security & Privacy. Click the padlock icon in the lower left corner of that screen. Then select the option that says, Allow apps download from: App Store and identified developers.
