How to clear a User's Local Message Cache in Windows
Clearing a user's local message cache can be done from time to time to improve the performance of your Windows install of PinkNotes.

  1. Close PinkNotes on the trouble PC
  2. Open Windows Explorer and Navigate to: C:\Users\XYZ\AppData\Local\PinkNotes\
    • Where "XYZ" is the name of the user that is logged into Windows
  3. Delete the folder named the same name as the user experiencing the issue.
    • Restart PinkNotes and Login - It may take a few minutes to re-download the user's messages.
