Clearing a user's local message cache can be done from time to time to improve the performance of your Windows install of PinkNotes.
- Close PinkNotes on the trouble PC
- Open Windows Explorer and Navigate to: C:\Users\XYZ\AppData\Local\PinkNotes\
- Where "XYZ" is the name of the user that is logged into Windows
- Delete the folder named the same name as the user experiencing the issue.
- Restart PinkNotes and Login - It may take a few minutes to re-download the user's messages.
