What IP addresses and TCP ports are required to be opened in my firewall?
In most cases you usually will not need to configure anything in your hardware firewall or router settings for use of PinkNotes to function properly.
However, if your hardware firewall/router blocks outgoing connections to unknown addresses, you may need to add the following IP addresses to your whitelist or rules.
The current IP addresses are:
104.130.214.63
23.253.41.82
173.201.216.22
If your firewall/router can use domain names instead of specific IP addresses when configuring, this will reduce the need to make changes in the future as we upgrade and expand our network.
The current domain names are:
www.pinknotes.com
wc.pinknotes.com
dl.pinknotes.com
pinknotesfiles.scdn2.secure.raxcdn.com
All outgoing connections use TCP port 80 (HTTP), 443 (HTTPS), or 8080 (HTTP alternate) to PinkNotes servers.
