Is a log of all messages always stored in the admin logs in PinkNotes?
Yes. For security reasons you cannot delete messages from the admin logs in PinkNotes. Once a PinkNote has been sent or a reply is sent it is permanently stored in the admin logs.
If messages could be fully deleted from PinkNotes, then that defeats the purpose of the admin logs.
Users can delete messages from their own personal logs, but a copy is always kept in the admin logs.
Also, messages are never purged by us in PinkNotes. Your message logs will be available to you for as long as you use PinkNotes.
