Will I have to sign a contract?
No. PinkNotes is a pay as you go service. There are no contracts. You will simply be charged monthly for the current number of users that you have.
Will I have to pay for version upgrades in the future?
No. Your monthly fee covers all version upgrades to PinkNotes. You will never have to pay an upgrade fee to get the latest version.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Do you offer any discount for schools or non-profit organizations?
Educational institutions and certain non-profit & charitable organizations may qualify for discounted pricing. Please contact us

Why do I have to pay a monthy recurring charge?
When we decided to make PinkNotes 5 a cloud hosted service we realized that there would be loyal PNP v4 customers that would hesitate to pay for an ongoing service. It is for this reason that we are still supporting PNP version 4.
However, please keep the following things in mind:
1. PNP v4 will be supported for the foreseeable future, but there will be no future additions or added features, and we cannot guarantee compatibility with future versions of Windows, such as Windows 8.
2. PinkNotes 5 is our platform for the future, and will continually be updated and improved, and offers a host of features not found in version 4. We have added a Calendar and To-Do feature and the ability to send and receive PinkNotes on your mobile devices. All for around the cost of a cup of coffee per month, per user.
3. All PNP v4 customers only have to pay $1 per month per user for the first year. You can stop using PinkNotes 5 at any time and go back to using PNP v4, should you choose to do so.
We are confident that the monthly cost for the new version is the least expensive cost a business can pay to improve their internal communications, and run more efficiently and profitably.
If a single user is login from multiple locations, do you have to pay multiple times for that user?
There are no additional costs for multiple logins by a single user. You are just paying once (per month) for each user.
Each user can login to PinkNotes from a number of different location at once. For example, they can be logged into PinkNotes from their PC (using the Windows or Mac version), their phone (using the iOS or Android app), a tablet (using the iOS or Android app), and a web browser all at once if needed.
The only limitation is you can only be logged in from one PC location at a time. From the apps and browsers you can log in each user as many times as needed.
Can I add or remove users from my account?
Yes. You can add and remove users at any time. On the date your monthly billing is processed you will just be charged for the current number of users you have in your account.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel any time you would like. If you cancel, you won't be charged again.
Companies upgrading from PinkNotes Plus v4 will only be charged
$1 per user/month for the first year
After 1 year of use the pricing will go to the standard pricing of $2/user per month.
This 50% discount is offered to any companies that have purchased a registration for PinkNotes Plus v4. It only applies to the total number of users you have in version 4. So, if you have a 10 user registration for PNP v4 and you have 10 users in the hosted version of PinkNotes, you will only have to pay $10 per month for the first year. Any users over 10 will be at $2 per month.
